Refunds or Exchanges

As our clothing items and art prints are printed when ordered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues such as wrong sizes placed by customer, changing of mind or buyers remorse, but should you have any issues with your order please give us a call or you can always contact us for any return inquires at hello@humansoulshop.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 21 day return policy for damaged or defective items.


Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
