Shipping policy

At Human Soul Shop we use multiple vendors for the manufacturing of our products, shipping time varies and depends on each vendor. Sometimes, although items might be ordered together, they may be shipped out in separate packages.

The order processing time with our vendors is usually between 2 to 5 Days and shipping time is between 2 to 7 days. Should there be any shipping time issues due to out of stock items or production malfunctions, we will notify you and work with our vendors to get your order sent out as soon as possible. 

For orders placed during high peak seasons such as Christmas for example, shipping times may be slower due to a high volume or orders being placed at the same time. Please keep this possibility in mind before placing your order during these high peak times.

International shipping can take anywhere from two weeks to over one month depending upon your country and shipping delays. As our products are produced when ordered, we do not accept returns for personal shipping dead lines but should there be any issue with your order please contact us at hello@humansoulshop.com
